It is a common problem among parents that they couldn’t get their children to eat their veggies. No matter how hard they explain that vegetables are good to our body they still get a “No no” from their little munchkins.
Poor vegetables. Do they really look so bad that kids think they are not good stuffs to eat? They are colourful so they must have that inviting and palatable characteristic. You can vary their shapes and make them look interesting. Some veggies may taste like “blah” but not to generalize they are not all that bad.
Given a choice, some kids would always vote both hands and feet up for chocolates and soda over any kind of veggies.
Honestly, what is it with vegetables that children do not like? Anybody has answers?
